Sydney’s Fully doctor-Performed hair restoration clinic

Medical care. Aesthetic understanding. Personalised Planning. Ongoing Support

The success of a hair restoration procedure depends on artistic design, long-term planning, and an understanding of facial aesthetics.

Dr Ken Brito combines advanced hair restoration techniques with extensive experience in cosmetic medicine and facial rejuvenation.

This means every treatment plan considers not only the areas of hair loss, but also facial proportions and overall aesthetic considerations, allowing treatment recommendations to be tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

At Dr Graft Hair Transplant Institute, we focus on:

  • Evidence-based treatment plans guided by current medical research
  • Surgical and non-surgical hair restoration options tailored to the individual
  • Individualised hairline design, taking into consideration age, facial proportions, existing hair characteristics, donor hair availability, and anticipated future hair loss patterns.
  • Long-term management strategies rather than short-term fixes
  • Ongoing doctor involvement before, during, and after treatment

your hair restoration journey

From your initial consultation through to long-term follow-up, every stage of your care is guided by our experienced medical team.

Your journey begins with a consultation conducted by our Dr Graft team led by Dr Ken Brito, an Australian-trained and registered doctor, ensuring medical oversight from the outset. During this assessment, we evaluate your hair loss pattern, scalp health, medical history, and treatment goals to gain a comprehensive understanding of your individual needs.

Patients receive clear information about available treatment options, potential risks, expected recovery, and ongoing management considerations to support informed decision-making. Based on this evaluation, we develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your circumstances, taking into account both your current concerns and long-term hair restoration objectives.

On the day of your procedure, our focus is on patient comfort, attention to detail, clear communication, and strict infection control protocols within a controlled clinical environment. We are committed to maintaining high clinical standards throughout every stage of your care.

Following treatment, we provide structured aftercare and ongoing reviews to monitor your progress, support your recovery, and address any questions you may have along the way.

Our approach combines thorough medical assessment, careful aesthetic planning, and continuity of care to help patients make informed decisions about their hair restoration options.

Dr Ken Brito is the CEO, Medical Director and the lead hair transplant doctor of Dr Graft Hair Transplant Institute. • Qualifications
  • MD (Doctor of Medicine, University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, 2007)
  • MS (Master of Surgery, University of Sydney, 2012)
  • FACCSM (Surgery Fellow, Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine)

Dr Ken completed his medical degree in 2007 before undertaking a Master of Surgery at the University of Sydney in 2012. He subsequently worked in major hospitals across Sydney, Canberra, and Adelaide, gaining broad surgical and medical experience before pursuing further training in cosmetic medicine and surgery.

He later completed two years of advanced training through the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine, working alongside experienced plastic and cosmetic surgeons in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.

Drawing on his background in aesthetic medicine, Dr Ken established Dr Graft Hair Transplant Institute with a clear philosophy: every patient deserves a personalised, medically guided approach to managing hair loss. His experience in facial aesthetics has shaped his approach to hair transplantation, recognising that successful hair restoration involves more than simply replacing lost hair. Each treatment plan is carefully developed with consideration of facial proportions, hair characteristics, donor area management, and the potential progression of future hair loss, helping patients make informed decisions about their long-term treatment options.

His interest in hair restoration is both professional and personal. Having undergone a hair transplant himself, Dr Ken understands the importance of careful planning, clear communication, and ongoing support throughout the treatment journey. This perspective influences the way he approaches patient care, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and involved in every stage of the process.

Dr Ken is actively involved throughout every stage of patient care, from initial consultation and treatment planning to personally performing procedures and providing ongoing post-operative follow-up. He believes that successful outcomes are built on thorough assessment, realistic expectations, meticulous planning, and continued support throughout the patient journey.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Dr Ken regularly attends and presents at cosmetic medical conferences both in Australia and internationally. He continues to refine his knowledge and techniques in line with current standards and advances in aesthetic medicine.

Patients often appreciate Dr Ken’s calm and approachable manner, as well as the emphasis he places on patient education, informed decision-making, and open communication throughout the treatment process.

Dr Ken is fluent in English, Mandarin, Filipino Tagalog, and Fukien, allowing him to communicate comfortably with patients from diverse backgrounds.
